The Christian Counselors at JC Christian Counseling are trained professionals who understand various mental health diagnoses (according to the DSM-IV) and provide appropriate treatment interventions. This may include (but not limited to) collaborating with other mental health professionals, such as Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Nurse Case Managers, Community Outreach Workers and/or Medical Social Workers.

We understand that the Christian faith (The Body of Christ) has many variations in its belief, and that each individual's understanding of scripture varies. Therefore; at JC Christian Counseling, we focus on the love of Christ. Staying true to the scripture: Mark 12:29-31 Jesus answered him,"The first of all the commandments is: 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart , with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength. This is the first commandment. And the second, like it, is this: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandment greater than these." (NKJV)
